Fish is loaded with benefits and many of the essential vitamins and nutrients that a body needs. A person is supposed to have at least a minimum of three servings per week. The thing is, not everyone can eat fish. Some people suffer an allergic reaction if they eat fish.
There are several types of fish or shrimp that will cause a person’s body to react. When there is an allergic reaction with fish or seafood, the person who has the allergy can begin to show many symptoms. Some of these symptoms are problems when trying to breathe, skin begins to turn red and itch, nauseated stomach or a rash.
For a more severe allergic reaction, there may be some choking if the allergy is not recognized.
Learning the type of fish or seafood is imperative in preventing something like this from happening. Pay attention and notice the small or big things that go on while consuming any type of food.
